If you clicked on this post, I’m gonna guess you did because maybe depression has touched your life in some way. Either you’ve been diagnosed with it, think you might have it, or you know somebody who does and you’re concerned. Before we get into this, just to be clear, I’m not that kinda doctor. That is to say, I’m not a psychologist or psychiatrist.
